Courtney earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2023. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2020, laying a strong foundation for her expertise in movement and wellness.

Educational Background
Jianna earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, along with a minor in Disability Studies, from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2020. Driven by a deep passion for optimizing the lives of others, she continued her education at UMass Lowell, earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2023. Throughout her academic journey, Jianna cultivated a strong commitment to supporting individuals not only in their physical well-being but in all aspects of their lives. 


Whole Body Approach  

Jianna firmly believes in the resilience of the human body and is passionate about improving her clients’ lives through a whole body lens that considers both physical and mental well-being. She takes the time to understand what drives and motivates each individual, allowing her to create personalized, well-rounded plans of care that support lasting progress.


Off the Clock
Outside of WHS, Jianna stays active by running, teaching spin classes, and trying out new workout classes with friends. When it’s time to slow down, you’ll find her with a good book in hand, working on her latest crochet project, or soaking up the sun at the beach, preferably with iced coffee in reach.

Educational Background
Alicia earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, with a minor in Disability Studies, from UMass Lowell in 2020 before going on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2023. Passionate about athletics and helping people maintain their independence, she values exercise, education, and proper movement as key parts of long-term health and is committed to giving patients the confidence and tools to keep doing what they love. 


Patient-Centered, Whole Body Care 

Alicia is a Physical Therapist with over two years of experience treating patients from pediatrics to geriatrics. Her broad background shapes a patient-centered approach that helps people regain independence in an engaging, approachable way. She believes patients make the most progress when they feel supported, confident, and involved in their care, and she prioritizes her own health and movement so she can show up fully for them. 


Off the Clock 

Outside of work, Alicia enjoys hiking her property with her boyfriend and their dog. She also loves spending time with family and friends, especially spoiling her nephews. Staying connected to the people closest to her is an important part of her life.

Educational Background
Caitlin earned her Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science (2021) as well as her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (2025) from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She then continued her education to specialize in pelvic health through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute to treat a wide variety of pelvic floor issues. 


Passion for Pelvic Health  

While Caitlin enjoys treating patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions, she has found a love of working with pelvic health patients. Working to empower women with the knowledge of how their bodies work and decreasing stigma is something Caitlin is passionate about. She loves to help people to return to exercise, reclaim a love of movement, and fix common issues like pelvic pain and urinary incontinence that hold people back from living their lives to the fullest.


Outside the Office

When she’s not at work, Caitlin loves all things active. She has been a runner for over 10 years and particularly enjoys endurance running and trail running. You can often find her refueling after a long run at a local coffee shop with a big iced latte and a bagel. In the winters, she enjoys dabbling in other sports like rock climbing and taking spin classes. She likes to support her love of all exercise with a solid foundation of strength training. At home, she loves to bake and read.
