Jake is our lead Strength and Conditioning Coach with a background in competitive athletics and youth coaching. He’s currently pursuing a degree in Exercise & Sports Science at Fitchburg State University, with a concentration in Strength & Conditioning and a minor in Business Management. Jake brings energy, experience, and a practice-what-you-preach mindset to every client session.


Key Highlights

  • Athletic Background: 3-year starting collegiate soccer player at Dean College; ranked 3rd all-time in program points.
  • Coaching Experience:  A former basketball player at North Middlesex Regional High School, Jake now gives back to the program as the Head JV Coach. 
  • Specialty: Works primarily with high school athletes in basketball, soccer, and performance development.


Interests Outside of Coaching

  • Training Enthusiast: Always exploring new methods to improve his own fitness.
  • Lifelong Learner: Passionate about staying current through education and hands-on experience.
  • Team-Oriented: Brings leadership and energy from his background in team sports.

Jack Quinn

Strength & Conditioning Coach

Personal Trainer

Student Physical Therapist (SPT)


Jack is a strength and conditioning coach with over 5 years of experience working with elite level athletes and active individuals who want to optimize their performance. Jack is also pursuing a career in physical therapy and is set to graduate in May 2027. Jack combines passion,

knowledge, and real-world experience to deliver high-quality training sessions centered around each client’s individual goals.


Key Highlights

  • Athletic Background: 2 year hockey captain at Long Island University.
  • Coaching Experience: Director of sports performance for a junior hockey team where Jack worked with NCAA Division 1 and 3 committed players on strength and conditioning, nutrition, mindset, and development plans.
  • Passions: Learning new training methods and techniques to apply to clients to help them achieve their goals.


Interests Outside of Coaching

  • Growth Mindset: Committed to continuous learning through education, professional development, and practical experiences.
  • Performance Driven: Constantly seeking new ways to improve personal fitness, health, and overall performance.
  • Outdoors: Enjoys hiking, gardening, and raising chickens.
     

Jack brings a rare mix of athlete experience, coaching skill, and drive to keep learning. His background in hockey, sports performance, and physical therapy gives him a strong eye for helping clients train with purpose. He brings energy, care, and high standards to every session.
