Amy, "What can you do now?" It's pretty remarkable what I can do now. Had a hard time with, just basic hip mobility. squats, things were starting to get tight again in my hips. I like to hike, and it was getting more painful again to do the things that I had loved to do. and that was definitely literally just, back squatted 95 pounds. And it's not just about the weight, it's about the range of motion, too. It's being able to not just do regular squats, but, all movement that I can do, is greatly improved.
Hannah, "What would you tell a friend?" 100%, absolutely. I'll go with you if you're scared. Anyone that, was even hesitant, I would be. Just go, try it. I'm not gonna sugarcoat it and say that it's gonna be easy, it's gonna fix all your problems, because at the end of the day, obviously, you can control, only what you can control, which is yourself, your habits. But, Peter's there to help guide you with that, to help give you maybe some structure that you were lacking before. So go. And I absolutely cannot speak highly of Peter and Gary.
Amanda and Shawn, "What is it like doing this as a couple?" I think it's super fun. It makes life a lot easier too when you are doing things in parallel. We're eating the same way, which makes it really great for accountability. It's all the little things in life, like whether it's food shopping or how you decide to spend your evenings or your weekends. Having someone who's on the same page makes it not just easier, but more fun. Any big journey can be challenging, but when you have a partner to go through it with, it just makes it easier, makes it more fun, makes it more accountable to each other. Yeah.
Dan, "What can your body do now?" Well, I can touch my toes now. I can bend down and touch my toes. my endurance for hiking has gotten a lot better. I am so much better at handling long hikes. We went on, like, a 12-hour hike, and I'm surprised that I'm still here standing. So that's definitely one of the things that changed the most.

She created a comfortable environment for discussing concerns that can often feel difficult or stigmatized, and she consistently treated me with dignity and sensitivity.
I started PT last fall to address pelvic floor issues. Courtney did a thorough work up, and then guided me through gradually more difficult strengthening, balance, and stretching exercises that addressed all of those issues.

Peter challenged me to really understand my habits around food. We spent time uncovering the "why" behind my choices, identifying situations that led me off track, and building practical strategies that actually fit my life.
Through my training with Courtney and the nutrition program with Peter, I finally began to understand what my body actually needed, and learned how much protein and other nutrients I had been missing in my diet. That shift has made such a difference.
