Personal Training near you

Your personal trainer in Shirley.

Whole Health Solutions & Sports Performance offers one on one personal training at 2 Shaker Road, Suite C200, in Phoenix Park in Shirley, MA. Our training floor opens at 5:00 am on weekdays, so it is easy to train before work.

Your trainer builds a plan around what you want to be able to do, whether that is getting strong for the first time, staying independent as you age or getting back in shape after an injury. Physical therapists and health coaches work under the same roof, so your training is safe and your nutrition supports it.

How it works

Stronger now. Stronger for life.

Same simple path for everyone, built around you.

01

Relieve

Clear out what holds you back: stiff joints, old aches and bad habits in how you move, so you can train with confidence.

02

Rebuild

Build real strength and fitness with a program written for you and coached rep by rep.

03

Perform

Get back to the hikes, the sport, the climbing wall or the grandkids, stronger than before.

04

Thrive

Keep training with coaches who know you. New goals, a plan that changes with your life, and strength that lasts for decades.

Thrive is not a finish line. When life brings something new, the loop starts again with the same team.

Now when I walk into the gym on my own, I have a plan that I know how to execute. Julia works hard to make sure that she's challenging me, writing me programs with my climbing goals in mind. I've lost some weight and gained a lot of strength

I started training with Jake in January, and the progress I've made has been incredible. I've gained strength, feel more confident in the gym, and, most importantly, I've rediscovered my love for working out after being a lifelong athlete.

Went for physical therapy (had hurt my arm), stayed for the personal training. The continuity between the two makes a big difference for me. These folks really know their business.
