About Whole Health Solutions
Physical therapy, pelvic health, personal training, athletic performance and health coaching under one roof in Shirley, MA. One team, one plan, and a clinician who knows your story.
Peter Brouillard, DPT, owner and CEO, on why he does this work.
What makes us different
Care that feels personal, because it is
Most clinics are built around volume. We built ours around relationships and long term results.
One clinician, the whole appointment
You work one on one with the same physical therapist, trainer or health coach from start to finish. No hand offs.
Five services, one team
Our physical therapists, trainers, athletic performance coaches and health coaches share notes and plan together, so you never start over when your goals change.
A plan built around your life
We start with what you want to get back to or go after, then build the plan backward from there. Early mornings, evenings and Saturdays make it fit.
Unreasonable hospitality
A gift before surgery, a birthday note, a personal check in. We treat people the way we would want our own families treated.
Our approach
Relieve. Rebuild. Perform. Thrive.
The same four steps guide every client, whether you are recovering from pain or working toward a new goal.
01
Relieve
Start with whatever is in the way: pain, an old injury, low energy or a body that just does not feel like yours. We find what is driving it and ease it.
02
Rebuild
Build the strength, movement and habits that were missing, so your progress sticks instead of slipping back in six months.
03
Perform
Go after what you actually want: the season, the race, the number on the scale, the hike, keeping up with the kids. We coach you there.
04
Thrive
Stay strong, active and healthy for years. The same team, a plan that changes as your life does, and help the moment something new comes up.
Thrive is not a finish line. When life brings something new, the loop starts again with the same team.
