With over 20 years in physical therapy and a Master’s Degree, Gary Donia is dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential. He combines advanced movement science with a passion for wellness to boost performance and prevent injuries.
Gary designs custom treatment plans, from post-injury rehab to prevention, addressing root pain causes and optimizing movement for long-term health. Whether recovering or preventing injuries, his expertise supports sustainable health and peak performance.
With 15+ years of coaching, Gary is also a pitching coach at North Middlesex Regional High School and North County Post 129. He brings movement science to the field, enhancing players’ skills, resilience, and injury prevention.
Gary lives in Townsend with his wife, Jessica, and their sons, Ashton and Kaiden. He’s active in Little League and values lifelong learning, making him a trusted resource for athletes on and off the field.
Julia is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, specializing in coaching various athletes and active individuals. With over 7 years of experience in the field, Julia is dedicated to helping individuals discover personalized approaches to achieve their fitness goals effectively. Her passion lies in tailoring training programs that cater to each client's unique needs, ensuring sustainable progress and success.
Julia sees the value in continuing to learn, with her drive and commitment to achieving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UMass Lowell. She will complete this accomplishment in May 2026. She also enjoys staying updated with the latest developments in sports science through informational podcasts. Aside from coaching, she enjoys reading all genres of books, sitting on the beach, and spending time with her friends and family.
